Full-time employees may participate in ADC’s insurance programs. Under these plans, eligible employees will receive comprehensive health and other insurance coverage for themselves and their families, as well as other benefits.

Eligible employees are able to participate in ADC’s retirement plan. Plan participants may make pre-tax and post-tax contributions to a retirement account.
PAID SICK LEAVE: Employees accrue paid sick leave at a rate of one (1) hour for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum of 56 sick leave hours per year. Unused sick leave may be carried over from one year to the next.
VACATION: Accruals are dependent upon an employee’s years of service, contract, position, and Full-time or Part-time status. Unused vacation time can be carried over to the following calendar year.
HOLIDAYS: Eligible employees will receive 10 paid holidays per year, as elected.

ADC offers this training benefit to full-time employees who have been employed by the company for six months. The benefit can be used for costs associated with:
- Professional exams (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP/SCP, Six Sigma, CPA) and exam preparation courses.
- Certificate programs and credentials.
- Courses offered by an accredited institution, including e-learning.
- Workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Membership in professional organizations.
- Magazine subscriptions.
