Art CordovaArthur Cordova's experience began with over 16 years of Department of Labor (DOL) property management experience, beginning in the termination period of the Civilian Job Corps Centers and continuing with Native American programs and migrant programs throughout the United States. His knowledge of DOL procedures for validation and verification procedures for real and personal property and his in-depth understanding of tribal government and Federal guidelines made ADC's President one of the most knowledgeable persons in property inventory and management in the United States.

Mr. Cordova founded ADC in 1985, and that year he won a Federal contract under which ADC provided property surverys and data entry to the Department of Interior (DOI) for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Two years later, after being accepted into the Small Business Administrations 8(a) Program, ADC was awarded an audit contract by the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Inspector General; our initial $80,000 contract was so successful that it was modified repeatedly to add more option years and grew eventually to over $5 million in audit tasks. Mr. Cordova has ultimate responsibility for contract performance; he oversees all contractual and administrative support, and works with client representatives to speedily resolve any problems that arise. He set up, staffed, and organized ADC's DOE/OIG audit contract and continues to maintain direct oversight on our background investigation contracts, proactively dealing with agency officials to resolve difficulties and improve quality and timeliness.

Mr. Cordova is a licensed Private Investigator and Private Patrol Operator in the State of New Mexico and continually works with ADC's security clients and guard staff to improve the quality of our services. Clients continue to seek assistance and advice from ADC because of their confidence in the experience and ability of its President.
