Art CordovaArthur Cordova's experience began with over 16 years of Department of Labor (DOL) property management experience, beginning in the termination period of the Civilian Job Corps Centers and continuing with Native American programs and migrant programs throughout the United States. His knowledge of DOL procedures for validation and verification procedures for real and personal property and his in-depth understanding of tribal government and Federal guidelines made ADCL's President one of the most knowledgeable persons in property inventory and management in the United States.

Mr. Cordova founded ADCL in 1985, and that year he won a Federal contract under which ADCL provided property surverys and data entry to the Department of Interior (DOI) for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Two years later, after being accepted into the Small Business Administrations 8(a) Program, ADCL was awarded an audit contract by the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Inspector General; our initial $80,000 contract was so successful that it was modified repeatedly to add more option years and grew eventually to over $5 million in audit tasks. Mr. Cordova has ultimate responsibility for contract performance; he oversees all contractual and administrative support, and works with client representatives to speedily resolve any problems that arise. He set up, staffed, and organized ADCL's DOE/OIG audit contract and continues to maintain direct oversight on our background investigation contracts, proactively dealing with agency officials to resolve difficulties and improve quality and timeliness.

Mr. Cordova is a licensed Private Investigator and Private Patrol Operator in the State of New Mexico and continually works with ADCL's security clients and guard staff to improve the quality of our services. Clients continue to seek assistance and advice from ADCL because of their confidence in the experience and ability of its President.

Brenda Cordova-Busick


Brenda CordovaMs. Brenda Cordova-Busick is ADCL's President. Her extensive management experience at ADCL has included oversight of a number of Federal contracts under which the company has provided adjudication and background investigation services.

Ms. Cordova-Busick has been directly involved in the management of ADCL's security escort services contract for DoE. Under her supervision, a perfect score of 5 out of 5 was received on the annual evaluation form. Due to the success of this contract, DoE recently extended services to include facilities in California.

Ms. Cordova-Busick is well seasoned in the business world. She is the fourth generation of her family to successfully own and manage a business. Customer satisfaction was instilled at an early age with the phrase, "If you don't take care of the customer, someone else will."

A. Jerome Cordova

Executive Vice President Marketing & Security Divisions

Jerome CordovaA. Jerome Cordova has been with ADCL since 1988. He has spent the last eight years managing and directing ADCL's security guard and custodial contracts for Federal agencies in the southwestern United States. Mr. Cordova has extensive experience in Facilities Management and Operations. He presently performs a number of critical contract management duties, including oversight for all hiring.

Mr. Cordova interfaces with ADCL's agency clients regarding background investigations performance, and has been involved in training workshops presented for ADCL's contract background investigators throughout the country. He also handles procurement of contract supplies and equipment and overall armed and unarmed security contract operations. He holds an Associate's Degree from the University of Phoenix.

Rita Muñiz

Facility Security Officer

Rita MuñizRita Muñiz is ADCL's Facility Security Officer (FSO).

Rita Muñiz joined ADCL as a Sr. Contracts Manager. Her duties include Contract and Sub-Contract management, Licensing (State & Federal), Procurement, Pricing, and DHS Safety Act Coordinator. Ms. Muñiz is also the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for ADCL assuring the physical and personnel security of the company are maintained in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

Prior to joining ADCL, Ms. Muñiz was Contract Manager for Weston Solutions, Inc., Jacobs Engineering Group, and Computer Sciences Corporation. She has over thirty years of Contract, Procurement and Proposal Management experience in the Federal, State and Commercial areas. Ms. Muñiz has experience working with the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Homeland Security, Department of the Interior and numerous other Federal, State, Local and Municipal agencies as well as commercial clients.

Ms. Muñiz has a BBA in Accounting from the University of New Mexico. She also completed graduate courses in Procurement Management at Webster University, and received specialized training in Federal Pricing, Construction Contracting, and Federal Contract Law.
